Register for a Private Party (In studio or Mobile)

We are available for in studio or mobile private parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, business events and much more!!

ALL DEPOSITS HAVE BEEN WAIVED AT THIS TIME!!!! What's even better than that? Host a party (upon meeting minimum guest requirements) and receive 50% off YOUR project!!!!

HOW IT WORKS

As the host/hostess, you will choose up to 3 projects to offer you and your guests at the party PROJECTS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES CAN BE FOUND ON THE HOME PAGE.  
In studio parties: Projects under $45 are not available for standard (family/friend) private parties.
Mobile parties: projects under $55 are not eligible for mobile parties.
The only other thing you are responsible for is inviting your guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 7 days prior to your event. Only those who have registered can attend so please be sure everyone registers. 

Private parties will have exclusive access to our studio or mobile workshop for 2.5-3 hours on the date and time you have secured. 

Feel free to BYOB or wine to your workshop; however all guests MUST BE 18 years of age or older.

IN STUDIO PARTIES

Private parties start anytime between 4-6pm Wednesday-Friday, Saturday 11am-2pm or 4-6pm, Sunday 1-3pm or 4-6pm.  Please select the studio party option and write your requested date in the personalization box. If you would like to have a party outside of our normal hours, please contact the owner, Jill Klee at 951-221-5540. We will contact you shortly to discuss availability. 

You MUST have a minimum of 6 guests {including yourself} register for the event in order for us to close our studio for your private party. If you do not get 6 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (7 days prior to event), you are more than welcome to continue with your party however, we will keep the studio open for public use. 

MOBILE PARTIES

We started as a mobile studio and we don't want to stop the mobile fun just because we have a studio! However, there will be a $40.00 charge for mobile parties. Mobile fees will be invoiced once party is booked.  If you don't want the fee please feel free to book a party in studio! 

We want to make sure that you get our full attention and energy for your party so we only schedule one party a day. Parties on Wednesday-Friday's start between 4-6pm,  Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday's between 1-6pm. Please select the mobile party option and write your requested date in the personalization box. We will contact you shortly to discuss availability. 

We will travel up to 60 miles from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca with a $40.00 add on fee for locations between 20-60 miles. Parties can be held either inside or outside at your desired location. We provide all equipment and materials, you'll just need to provide the space!

You MUST have a minimum of 8 guests {including yourself} register for the event. If you do not get 8 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (7 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled or rescheduled. 

BUSINESS/CHURCH/ORGANIZATION PRIVATE PARTIES

Looking for the perfect team building, work night out, church gathering? We are here for you too! We are available for both in studio and mobile parties but want to accommodate the specific needs of group events. Project options range from $30-40 and include 10-20 different design options plus all the great color choices as a regular party!

For both in studio and mobile parties a minimum of 12 guests (including the host) are required. For mobile parties, if you do not reach your minimum guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (7 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled or rescheduled. For in studio parties, if you do not reach your minimum guests you are more than welcome to continue with your party however, we will keep the studio open for public use. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Chose in studio or mobile party from the drop down menu. 

2. In the personalization box; please indicate your desired date and start time and let us know if this is for a special occasion!

Once you have registered, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive party link.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil and therefore refunds will not be issued. In the event you are not able to attend your event, you have the option of coming in during an open paint day to complete your project, we can pack up all supplies for you to complete your project at home or we can complete it for you for an additional charge.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
